Product Description
Sotalol RX Only Sotalol is a non-selective beta blocking agent used for the treatment of ventricular tachycardias in dogs. It is also used in the management of supraventricular tachycardias including atrioventricular nodal independent supraventricular tachycardia and atrioventricular reciprocating tachycardia associated with atrioventricular accessory pathways, atrial fibrillation and atrial flutter. Prescription items are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-RETURNABLE. - CAUTIONS/WARNINGS:CONTRAINDICATIONS: Sotalol hydrochloride is contraindicated in patients with bronchial asthma, sinus bradycardia, second and third degree AV block, unless a functioning pacemaker is present, congenital or acquired long QT syndromes, cardiogenic shock, uncontrolled congestive heart failure, and previous evidence of hypersensitivity to sotalol. - DIRECTIONS:Give dosage exactly as prescribed by your veterinarian. Try to give medication at the same time daily. - INGREDIENTS:80 mg of Sotalol hydrochloride.
