How to Request Deletion of Your Personal Data
Your privacy is important to us. If you wish to have your personal data deleted from our systems, please follow the instructions below.
Please note: Deleting your data will remove all information associated with your account, including your order history, saved addresses, and any personal details you have provided to us. This action is permanent and cannot be reversed.
Instructions for Data Deletion
Step 1: Log In to Your Account
First, please log in to your store account using your email address and password.
Step 2: Contact Us to Submit Your Request
Once you are logged in, please send us a data deletion request using one of the following methods:

Email: Send an email to care@animalwiz.com with the subject line "Request for Personal Data Deletion."

Contact Form: Fill out our contact form at Contact Us and select "Data Deletion Request" from the dropdown menu (if available).
Step 3: Provide Required Information
To process your request and verify your identity, you must include the following information in your email or contact form submission:

Full Name: The full name associated with your account.

Email Address: The email address you used to create your account.

Confirmation: A clear statement confirming that you want all your personal data deleted. You can simply write: "I hereby request the permanent deletion of my personal data from your systems."
Step 4: Verification and Processing
After we receive your request, we will take the following steps:

We will send a confirmation email to the address you provided to verify your request.

Once your request is verified, we will process the deletion of your data from our Shopify store and any connected third-party systems we use.
