Shopping:
1.How do I check out with my items?
After you click on the cart button there will be a checkout option on the bottom right corner, you can start payment from there. Also, for single product purchases there is a “Buy it Now” button on the products listing.
2.How can I remove items from my cart?
Firstly, to enter your cart click on the shopping cart button on the right of the search bar. Afterwards, to remove products from your cart click on the cross button beside the price of the desired item. If you have multiple quantities of the product, you can adjust the quantity with the plus or minus buttons.
Orders:
1.How can I track my order?
After you have gone through our checkout a tracking number will be given to you. You can track your orders by visiting the “Track your Order” page. Usage of the tracking number is carrier dependent.
2.Why haven’t I received my order?
If you have not received your order within the stipulated time frame or the order is late without notice, we urge you to use the tracking number and or contact the mail/courier service.
3.How can I cancel my order?
If you are dissatisfied with your order, please refer to our refund policy and return policy pages. Also, you can contact one of our representatives at returns@animalwiz.com
4.How can I view my order history?
After creating an account on the Animalwiz.com store, your order history will be shown along with your purchases.
Shipping and Delivery:
1.What is the ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival) on my order?
We offer 1- 5 day ground shipping within the United States of America. For heavier objects or products that require special packing, we may need additional time to get your order delivered to you. We will keep you informed in such situations. If your order has not arrived by then please contact your courier/postal service. You can track the status of your order by visiting the “Track your Order” page as well.
2.What are the different couriers/ postal services used by AnimalWiz?
We are currently using: FedEx, USPS and UPS as our postal services/couriers for orders below 150 lbs. We have partnered with several logistics companies that help us in shipping heavier packages.
3.Does AnimalWiz offer any discounts on shipping?
Yes, we sure do! With orders over $75 we do offer free shipping on certain products. This discount is offered for certain items irrespective of the weight. If your order is under $75 then the shipping cost will be shown to you at the checkout.
4.Does AnimalWiz.com ships outside of the U.S.A?
Yes, we are now shipping certain products to Canada. We ship certain items to Hawaii and Alaska as well. Please refer to our Canada specific FAQs to learn which products can be shipped outside of U.S.A.

Payments:
1.What options do I have for payment?
The checkout offers multiple express methods including Mastercard, Venmo and Visa. We also support Google pay; Amazon pay for quick checkout.
2.When will my card be charged?
Your card will be charged once the order is in our system. If you have noticed your card has not been charged after your order, please be patient some orders take longer than others.
Returns:
1.How do I return a product?
Visit our self-served returns section or email us at returns@animalwiz.com to engage in the return process.
2.Where do I return the product to?
After you have talked to one of the customer support staff a return address will be sent to you. Please keep in mind that if the product is not in original packaging and or was damaged after shipping, unfortunately we cannot accept the return.
3.How do self-served returns work at Animalwiz.com?
1a. Submitting a return request
Click the request a return in the store's menu located under "customer central" or go to the refund policy or a return policy page and then request a return.
1b. Log in to your account:
a1. In the "Email" field, enter your email address, and then click "Continue".
a2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
a3. Go back to the online store and then enter a six-digit verification code.
1c. Click "Request return" for the order that you want to submit the return for.
1d. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
1e. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
1f. Click "Request return".
If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund after deducting the return shipping costs (in actuals).
Subscriptions:
1.How can I save money using the subscriptions feature?
By selecting the subscriptions radio button, you will be offered a 6% discount on all your future orders. You will receive a flat 7% discount if you choose to continue your subscription beyond 2 consecutive billing cycles for the same product.
2.Will I be charged automatically for my subscriptions?
Yes, you will be charged automatically at the interval chosen by you.
3.Will I get 6% off on the same price of purchase?
No, you will get 6% off on the current / existing price of the product in our store irrespective of the price that you paid at the time of purchase.
4.Am I required to adhere with the subscription for a fixed duration?
No, you can cancel your subscription at any time.
5.How long will my subscriptions remain active?
The subscriptions are active till you choose to pause or cancel the subscription.
6.From where can I pause, cancel or re-enable my subscriptions?
You can modify your subscriptions by logging into your subscription dashboard or your profile through here Subscriptions or here Profile. Alternatively, you can email us at care@animalwiz.com to modify your subscriptions for you.
