How do I check out with my items?
After you click on the cart button, there will be a checkout option on the bottom right corner—you can start payment from there. Also, for single product purchases, there is a “Buy it Now” button on the product listing.
How can I remove items from my cart?
To enter your cart, click on the shopping cart button to the right of the search bar. To remove products, click on the cross button beside the price of the desired item. If you have multiple quantities, you can adjust them with the plus or minus buttons.
Orders
How can I track my order?
After completing checkout, a tracking number will be provided. You can track your order on the “Track your Order” page. The tracking experience depends on the shipping carrier.
Why haven’t I received my order?
If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, use your tracking number to check the status, or contact your mail/courier service.
How can I cancel my order?
If you're dissatisfied with your order, refer to the refund and return policy pages. You can also contact a representative at: returns@animalwiz.com.
How can I view my order history?
Once you create an account on Animalwiz.com, your order history will be visible along with your past purchases.
Shipping and Delivery
What is the ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival) on my order?
AnimalWiz offers 1–5 day ground shipping within the U.S. Heavier or special-packaging products may take more time. You will be informed if additional time is needed. Use the “Track your Order” page to monitor progress.
What are the different couriers/postal services used by AnimalWiz?
We use FedEx, USPS, and UPS for shipments under 150 lbs. Heavier packages are handled by partnered logistics companies.
Does AnimalWiz offer any discounts on shipping?
Yes, we offer free shipping on certain products when your order exceeds $75. For orders under $75, shipping costs are shown at checkout.
Does AnimalWiz.com ship outside of the U.S.A?
Yes, we ship certain products to Canada, Hawaii, and Alaska. Please refer to our Canada-specific FAQs for item eligibility.

What options do I have for payment?
We support multiple express payment methods including Mastercard, Visa, Venmo, Google Pay, and Amazon Pay.
When will my card be charged?
Your card is charged once the order is in our system. If not charged immediately, please be patient—some orders take longer to process.
Returns
How do I return a product?
Visit our self-served returns section or mailto: returns@animalwiz.com to initiate the return.
Where do I return the product to?
After contacting customer support, you'll receive a return address. Products must be in original packaging and undamaged to be eligible.
Are all products returnable?
No. Items like perishable goods, custom/personalized items, personal care goods, hazardous materials, and Rx drugs are non-returnable. Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.
How do self-served returns work at Animalwiz.com?
- Go to the "Request a Return" link under "Customer Central" or on the return/refund policy pages.
- Log in using your email and verification code.
- Choose the order and item(s) to return.
- Select a reason, add a note, and submit.
If approved, you’ll receive a shipping label and instructions. Refunds are processed after return shipping costs are deducted.
Subscriptions
How can I save money using the subscriptions feature?
You receive a 6% discount on all future orders. After two consecutive billing cycles, the discount increases to 7%.
Will I be charged automatically for my subscriptions?
Yes, charges occur automatically at the selected billing interval.
Will I get 6% off on the same price of purchase?
No. The 6% discount applies to the current price of the product at the time of your future purchases.
Am I required to adhere with the subscription for a fixed duration?
No. You can cancel your subscription at any time.
How long will my subscriptions remain active?
They remain active until you choose to pause or cancel them.
