These Subscription Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all recurring subscription purchases made through AnimalWiz.com.
By enrolling in a subscription, you agree to these Terms.

1. Overview

AnimalWiz.com offers a subscription service that allows customers to automatically receive select pet products at chosen intervals.
Our subscription program is powered by the Seals Subscriptions app.

By subscribing, you authorize AnimalWiz.com to automatically process recurring orders and payments according to your selected schedule until you cancel in accordance with these Terms.

2. Subscription Setup

  • Subscriptions are available on eligible products as indicated on their product pages.

  • You can choose your preferred delivery frequency (for example, every 2, 4, 6, or 8 weeks).

  • Subscription discounts, if applicable, remain active only while the subscription is active.

  • You do not need to create an account to manage your subscription.

3. Billing and Payments

  • Your selected payment method will be charged automatically on the date each recurring order is processed.

  • Payments are securely handled through the payment gateway used by AnimalWiz.com.

  • You are responsible for ensuring your payment details are current and valid.

  • If a payment fails, the system will automatically attempt to reprocess it. Failed or expired payment methods may delay or cancel upcoming deliveries.

4. Price Changes

  • Prices for subscription items may change at any time.

  • Updated prices will automatically apply to all future subscription orders.

  • AnimalWiz.com is not required to provide prior notice of price adjustments.

  • If you do not wish to continue after a price change, you may cancel your subscription before the next billing date.

  • Update shipping address or payment method

  • Change delivery frequency or quantity

  • Skip an order

  • Pause or cancel your subscription

6. Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel your subscription anytime before the next billing date.

  • Cancellations made after an order is processed will apply only to future shipments.

  • Already processed or shipped orders cannot be canceled or refunded.

7. Shipping and Returns

  • Subscription orders ship according to your selected frequency and standard delivery timelines.

  • Returns or refunds may be granted only if the order qualifies under our general return guidelines.

  • Processed or shipped subscription orders cannot be refunded solely due to cancellation timing.

8. Notifications and Communication

  • By subscribing, you agree to receive transactional emails related to your subscription, such as confirmations, updates, and renewal reminders.

  • You may also receive promotional or marketing emails, which you can opt out of anytime.

9. Failed Deliveries or Account Issues

If a delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address, payment failure, or other issues:

  • We’ll attempt to contact you using the email associated with your subscription.

  • If unresolved, your subscription may be paused or cancelled until the issue is fixed.

10. Termination by AnimalWiz.com

AnimalWiz.com reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any subscription or the subscription program at any time for reasons including product discontinuation, supplier issues, or misuse.
If this occurs, you’ll be notified before your next billing date, and any prepaid but unshipped orders will be refunded where applicable.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AnimalWiz.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the subscription service.
Our total liability will not exceed the most recent subscription payment made for the affected order.

12. Updates to These Terms

We may revise these Subscription Terms & Conditions periodically.
 Updates take effect when posted on our website. Continued use of your subscription means you agree to the revised Terms.
