Content: Beef Pancreas

Beef Pancreas, while now a commonly found superfood supplement for humans today, was once traditionally reserved for celebratory occasions and festivities symbolizing prosperity and abundance.

Beef pancreas is a glandular organ found close to the stomach and intestine playing a role in digestion and blood sugar regulation.

Certain natural enzymes can be found within the pancreas that are also known to encourage proper digestion and gut health.

The pancreas consists of two main types of tissues: exocrine tissue and endocrine tissue. The exocrine tissue of the pancreas is believed to produce and release digestive enzymes. The endocrine tissue is thought to produce and release hormones such as insulin into the bloodstream potentially regulating blood sugar levels.

Soft hormone secreting organs such as liver, brain, kidney, spleen, thymus and pancreas should be fed around 5% of the daily diet.
