Product Description
Ketoconazole Ketoconazole is used to treat several fungal infections in dogs, cats and other small species. It is also used clinically for the medical treatment of hyperadrenocorticism in dogs. It can be used in palliative therapy in dogs with large, malignant, or invasive tumors and in whome surgery is not an option. It is used frequently in dogs for stabilization prior to surgery.All prescription items are Non-Refundable and Non-Returnable. This is a generic drug. Manufacturer will vary. - CAUTIONS/WARNINGS:Caution: Federal law restricts this drug to use by or on the order of a licensed veterinarian. Use caution in pregnant animals as it can cause birth defects or fetal death. Warning: May cause infertility in male dogs by decreasing testosterone synthesis. Testosterone production rebounds once the drug is discontinued. Keep out of reach of children and animals.
