Multimin® 90 Injection Rx only Multimin® 90 is an injectable, chelated, supplemental source of zinc, manganese, selenium, and copper in a readily available form which by-passes antagonists in feed, forage, distillers grain and drinking water that can reduce the absorption of these critical trace minerals. MULTIMIN® 90 supplies Copper, Zinc, Manganese and Selenium as a balanced injectable chelated supplement. These key trace minerals are required for optimal reproductive and health efficiency. Multimin® 90 can be timed for use prior to periods of higher trace mineral demand such as calving, breeding, dry-off, shipping or introduction to the feedyard. All prescription items are Non-Refundable and Non-Returnable. - CAUTIONS/WARNINGS:CAUTION:<br> Slight local reaction may occur for about 30 seconds after injection. A slight swelling may be observed at injection site for a few days after administration. Use standard aseptic procedures during administration of injections to reduce the risk of injection site abscesses or lesions.<br> PRECAUTIONS:<br> Selenium and copper are toxic if administered in excess.<br> Always follow recommended label dose. Do not overdose.<br> It is recommended that accurate body weight is determined prior to treatment.<br> Do not use concurrently with other injectable selenium and copper products.<br> Do not use concurrently with selenium or copper boluses.<br> Do not use in emaciated cattle with a BCS of 1 in dairy or 1-3 in beef.<br> Consult your veterinarian.<br> - DIRECTIONS:Multimin 90 should be administered to cattle by SQ or IM injection. The recommended dosage is 1 ml per 100 lbs body weight for calves up to 1 year of age; 1 ml per 150 lbs for cattle 1-2years of age; and 1 ml per 200 lbs for cattle over 2 years of age.
